Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. You must notify hg0909 immediately via the support channels listed in Clause 14 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
hg0909 operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to submit the following documents before withdrawals are processed or Account limits increased:
Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a request may result in Account suspension and the inability to withdraw funds.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. hg0909 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance obligations, with or without notice.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. hg0909 may apply an inactivity administration fee of Rp 50.000 per month thereafter, deducted from the remaining Account balance. Players will be notified by email before such fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed.
hg0909 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned at the depositing party's expense.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though deposits above Rp 500.000.000 per transaction may be subject to enhanced verification review.
Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. hg0909 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems, network maintenance, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
All deposits, balances, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). hg0909 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion performed by a third-party payment provider is conducted at that provider's prevailing exchange rate; hg0909 bears no responsibility for conversion losses.
To be eligible to withdraw funds, you must have: (a) completed the KYC verification process to the satisfaction of our compliance team; (b) deposited and wagered at least once using real money; and (c) met all applicable Wagering Requirements associated with any Bonus Funds in your Account.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum withdrawal amount per single transaction is Rp 500.000.000. Requests exceeding this limit may be split into multiple transactions at hg0909's discretion.
hg0909 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 3 to 15 minutes of approval. In some cases, particularly for large withdrawals or first-time withdrawals pending enhanced verification, processing may take up to 24 hours. We process withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
hg0909 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any bank transfer fees levied by your financial institution are your responsibility.
hg0909 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC, investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you of the reason for any delay as permissible under applicable regulations.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional credits offered by hg0909 are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Clause. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the default Wagering Requirement is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x requirement must generate Rp 3.000.000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:
Bonus Funds and their associated Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account, unless the relevant promotion states a different validity period. Upon expiry, any unconverted Bonus Funds and winnings generated solely from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited automatically.

If your Account holds both a real-money Balance and Bonus Funds simultaneously, real-money funds are used for wagering first. You may choose to forfeit any active bonus at any time via your Account settings, allowing withdrawal of your real-money Balance without meeting the associated Wagering Requirement. Forfeited bonuses and any winnings generated from them cannot be recovered.

Disputed results will be resolved by reference to the official result published by the relevant draw authority.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure during a game session or bet placement, hg0909 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. No winnings generated as a direct result of a verifiable system error will be paid. hg0909 will make every reasonable effort to notify affected players and restore account balances to their pre-error state.
hg0909 reserves the right to apply a maximum single-session winning cap of Rp 5.000.000.000 (five billion Rupiah) across all game categories combined. Winnings exceeding this cap in a single session may be subject to review. hg0909 will communicate any applicable per-game maximum payout limits on the relevant game information page.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hg0909 Platform. Violation of any item in this Clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the hg0909 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, software, game graphics, text, audio, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of hg0909 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from hg0909. Unauthorized use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability. hg0909 shall not be liable for any losses, including loss of winnings, incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.
You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are a natural and foreseeable outcome of participation. hg0909 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform. It is your responsibility to manage your bankroll and to make use of the Responsible Gaming Tools available to you.

hg0909 processes personal data in accordance with internationally recognized data protection principles, including data minimization, purpose limitation, storage limitation, and appropriate technical and organizational security measures. Your data is never sold to third parties.
hg0909 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.3.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the hg0909 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming and entertainment services.

Players who access the Platform from Indonesia do so on the understanding that they are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws or regulations. hg0909 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are legal in Indonesia under local law and expressly disclaims any liability arising from a Player's non-compliance with local regulations.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process outlined in Clause 14 shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
